Q: What is the standard dispatch protocol? A: All garments require 1 to 3 business days for final inspection and processing before leaving our facility. Once your order has been cleared for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation brief containing your secure tracking coordinates and an estimated delivery window.
Q: Do you operate internationally? A: INDIVIDUAL operates on a global logistics network. We currently authorize and fulfill orders throughout the United States, Canada, and all major international territories.
Q: What is the return authorization process? A: We accept returns within 30 days of the original dispatch date. To qualify for a return, the garment must remain in unworn, flawless condition and be secured in its original INDIVIDUAL structural packaging.
